Unfortunately, due to the spread of COVID-19 throughout the Nizhny Novgorod region, some restrictions came in effect again.
If you are going to attend the conference in person, please find below the current information on the restrictions and terms of stay in the Nizhny Novgorod region:
Since October 2021, PCR tests for coronavirus infection are no longer sufficient for participation in the program. Now everyone needs to have a QR code, which is issued only with the following documents:
- a medical document or a certificate confirming that you have had Covid before and no more than 6 months have passed since the day of recovery - from a personal account on the Gosuslugi website in electronic or paper form,
- a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus infection (COVID-19);
- medical certificate that you can’t be vaccinated + negative result of the PCR test, issued no earlier than 72 hours before arrival.
You will need respiratory protection masks and sanitizers for hands and personal gadgets.
Take care of your health, monitor your well-being and, if possible, maintain social distance.
In case you have any symptoms, it is important to avoid personal contacts and consult with a doctor.

If you don’t have a QR code, please contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will suggest you a comfortable and safe option for participation. Please note that the hotel accommodation and a full-time participation at the conference is impossible without a QR code.
